Every survey number requires a digital sign for its authenticity on land matters. Due to certain situations few survey numbers are not signed by government officials. For these kinds of survey numbers you need to apply in the Telangana Dharani portal to get it signed by higher officials.

How To Apply Digital Sign For Survey Numbers

There are two procedures are available to complete digital sign of survey numbers.

Telangana MeeSeva – Using this procedure your application process is made easier and they will ask all appropriate documents before submitting the application.

Individual Telangana Dharani Account – Using this procedure, you can apply on your own. However, after the payment of your application, you need to visit the Meeseva center to perform eKYC for the passbook holder.

Required Documents For Digital Sign of Survey Number

Below are the required documents for Digital sign application in Telangana dharani portal.

1. New PPB (Passbook)
2. Old Pahani (or ROR Copy / 1-B)
3. Registered Document (Certified copy in any)
4. Old PPB (Old passbook)
5. Any other document

Telangana Dharani Digital Sign Pending Application Procedure

Digital sign of survey number is an issue of passbook data correction and TM-33 application does the same purpose.
Before using the TM-33 application you must need a citizen login dharani account.

Create a dharani citizen account

Sign in dashboard of Telangana Dharani as shown below

Choose TM-33 application and it is used for passbook data correction which includes digital sign correction.

Select option called digital sign pending like below

Validate the survey number using passbook number or survey number details or khata number etc.

Enter the communication address details.

Upload the required documents

Click on submit and pay the challan fee.
After the payment you need to complete the e-KYC of the passbook holder (Thumb and Photo).

Submitted copy of the application you need to take and submit into MRO office for verification.

Once MRO is verified, then the application moves to collector, once the collector approves your pending digital sign of survey number is sucessfully updated.
