Nature of Product
- All products available on telanganaweb.com are digital products delivered electronically (PDF / eBook format). All prices are in INR form only.
- No physical copies will be shipped.
No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final.
- Once the eBook is purchased and delivered/downloaded, it cannot be returned.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges after successful delivery.
- This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
- A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The eBook file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
- The customer did not receive the download link due to a technical error.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same product.
- In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proper transaction details.
- After verification, we may:
- Resend the correct file, OR
- Process a refund (if technically justified).
Cancellation Policy
- Since digital products are delivered instantly:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
- If payment fails but amount is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 2 –7 working days.

- In rare cases, delivery may take a few minutes due to payment verification or technical processing in maximum of 24 hours only.
