The newly elected government in Telangana has introduced an application form known as the Praja Palana Application. This form allows individuals to apply for various schemes, including Maha Lakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Gruha Jyothi, Indiramma Housing Scheme, and Cheyutha Scheme, all in one application.
The Application has been revealed by the Revanth Reddy government has officially launched a new program for the implementation of six guaranteed services in Telangana. Gram sabhas and ward sabhas have been conducted from December 28 to January 6 under the name of public welfare. In these meetings, people are advised to submit applications for the six guaranteed services. The government has released the application form for these schemes.

- MahaLakshmi (మహాలక్ష్మి)
- Rythu Bharosa (రైతుభరోసా)
- Gruha Jyothi (గృహజ్యోతి)
- Indiramma Housing Scheme (ఇందిరమ్మ ఇల్లు)
- Cheyutha Scheme (చేయూత పథకం)
Maha Lakshmi
This scheme primarily supports women by providing subsidised gas cylinders at a cost of 500 rupees, free travel in TSRTC across the state and offering financial aid of 2500 rupees for household women. Both of these are significant initiatives aimed at assisting women in the state of Telangana.
Rythu Bharosa
The Rythu Bharosa scheme primarily supports farmers in the state of Telangana. It is similar to the previous scheme called Rythu Bandhu, but this time the financial aid has been increased to 15,000 rupees per acre from the previous 10,000 rupees per acre. The funds will be transferred to the farmers’ accounts twice a year, corresponding to the agriculture seasons.
Gruha Jyothi
Under this scheme, the people of Telangana state will receive a waiver for the first 200 units of their electricity bill.
Indiramma Housing Scheme
This scheme is not a new initiative; it was implemented in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh previously. Under this scheme, the people of Telangana state will receive assistance of 5 lakh rupees for the construction of their houses.
Cheyutha Scheme
The Cheyutha scheme is a type of pension scheme. Under this scheme, pensioners can receive 4000 rupees, while disabled individuals receive 6000 rupees. New pensioners are required to submit the Praja Palana application, but old or current pensioners do not need to submit any kind of application.
Required Documents for Praja Palana Application Procedure
For the Praja Palana Scheme, you need to submit the Praja Palana Application, which is an all-in-one application covering all five schemes. Along with the application, you are required to attach the following documents as per their respective procedures
- Aadhar Card
- Ration Card
- Land Passbook
- Sadarem Certificate
- FIR Copies (for Telangana martyrs)
- Upadi Hami Card Number
How to apply Praja Palana Application
- Download the Praja Palana application form.
- Fill in the required details for the various schemes mentioned above in the application.
- If you reside in a rural area, submit the application at the Grama Sabhas.
- If you live in an urban area, submit the application to the Ward Council.
- Ensure that you attach the necessary documents and provide proper signatures and thumb impressions.
