Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell digital downloadable eBooks related to Telangana and India. Since our products are delivered digitally, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.

Nature of Product

  • All products available on telanganaweb.com are digital products delivered electronically (PDF / eBook format).
  • No physical copies will be shipped.

No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products:
  • All sales are final.
  • Once the eBook is purchased and delivered/downloaded, it cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges after successful delivery.
  • This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

    • A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
    • The eBook file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
    • The customer did not receive the download link due to a technical error.
    • Duplicate payment was made for the same product.
    • In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proper transaction details.
    • After verification, we may:
    • Resend the correct file, OR
    • Process a refund (if technically justified).

    Cancellation Policy

    • Since digital products are delivered instantly:
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
    • If payment fails but amount is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

    Payment Issues

    If you experience:

    • Failed transactions
    • Double charges
    • Payment deducted but no confirmation received

    • Transaction ID
    • Date of payment
    • Screenshot (if available)

    We will coordinate with the payment gateway (Cashfree) to resolve the issue.
