The Gruha Lakshmi scheme is a government-sponsored scheme in Telangana that provides financial assistance to poor women to build their own houses. The scheme was announced by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao in the 2023-24 budget.
గృహ లక్ష్మి పథకం తెలంగాణలో ప్రభుత్వ ప్రాయోజిత పథకం, ఇది పేద మహిళలకు సొంత ఇళ్లు నిర్మించుకోవడానికి ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందిస్తుంది. ఈ పథకాన్ని 2023-24 బడ్జెట్‌లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు ప్రకటించారు. G.O 25 is launched for this scheme.
Under the scheme, eligible women will be provided with a grant of Rs. 3 lakhs to construct their own houses. The money will be disbursed in three phases:
- Phase 1: Rs. 50,000 will be given to the beneficiary to start the construction work.
- Phase 2: Rs. 1 lakh will be given after the plinth level is completed.
- Phase 3: Rs. 1.5 lakh will be given after the house is completed.
ఈ పథకం కింద అర్హులైన మహిళలకు రూ. సొంత ఇళ్లు నిర్మించుకోవడానికి 3 లక్షలు. డబ్బు మూడు దశల్లో పంపిణీ చేయబడుతుంది:
- దశ 1: రూ. 50,000 లబ్దిదారునికి నిర్మాణ పనులు ప్రారంభించడానికి ఇస్తారు.
- దశ 2: రూ. ప్లింత్ లెవల్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత 1 లక్ష ఇస్తారు.
- దశ 3: రూ. ఇల్లు పూర్తయిన తర్వాత 1.5 లక్షలు ఇస్తారు.

- Get the application form for the Telangana Gruha Laxmi Scheme 2023 from any of these places:
- Gram Sabha
- Mandal Office
- Gram Panchayat
- City/Town Office
- Fill in the form and add the documents they ask for.
- Give the completed form back to the place you got it from.
- Once the officials check everything, they’ll send Rs 3,00,000 to the person’s bank account who applied.
